Chemical regulation in crayfish behaviour during postembryonic development
Published Online:
Abstract
Reproduction is of exceptional significance in any animal's life, including crayfish. Many adaptational mechanisms contribute to the successful solution of this important problem. Behavioural mechanisms are of great importance among them. They are labile and easy to carry out, thus they help animals to adapt themselves to changing environmental conditions.
