Abstract
The dynamics of testosterone, progesterone, estradiolwere studied in different organs and tissues of Astacus astacus L. males. It was determined that during premolt and postmolt periods the concentrations ot steroids undergo a considerable change, which is interrelated with plastic and mineral metabolism. During premolt period in the majority of crayfish organs the concentrations ot testosterone and estradiol have increased, while the concentration of progesterone has decreased.
